The Youth I.D.E.A.S. announced its latest report on “Preparing for the Changes in the Senior Secondary Curriculum” The Youth I.D.E.A.S. (established by HKFYG Youth Research Centre) has released its study on “Preparing for the Changes in the Senior Secondary Curriculum”.   For the surveyed 395 Hong Kong secondary school teachers, they generally understand the curriculum changes, with an average rating above 6/10. However, when being asked on the progress of preparing teaching materials, Chinese and Liberal Studies teachers rated 4.8/10 and 2.49/10 on average respectively. Navigating Career Opportunities for Young People

The Youth I.D.E.A.S. announced its latest report on “Navigating Career Opportunities for Young People”       The Youth I.D.E.A.S. (established by HKFYG Youth Research Centre) has released its study on “Navigating Career Opportunities for Young People”.   Data gathered from 520 Hong Kong young employees aged 18-34 showed that 72.5% of them mainly considered the factor of salary in job hunting. The Youth I.D.E.A.S. announced its latest report on “The Challenges of Civil Servant Talent Development”       The Youth I.D.E.A.S. (established by HKFYG Youth Research Centre) has released its study on “The Challenges of Civil Servant Talent Development”.   Ninety-two percent of the 527 Hong Kong youth aged 18-34 in an on-site survey said that talent nurturing of the civil servants was important to Hong Kong. The Youth I.D.E.A.S. announced its latest report on “Balancing Privacy Protection and Big Data Development”       The Youth I.D.E.A.S. Supporting Teachers in Facing Educational Challenges

The Youth I.D.E.A.S. announced its latest report on “Supporting Teachers in Facing Educational Challenges”     The Youth I.D.E.A.S. (established by HKFYG Youth Research Centre) has released its study on “Supporting Teachers in Facing Educational Challenges”. For the surveyed 354 Hong Kong secondary school teachers, 35.3% worked over 60 hours a week, 14.5% of them even worked over 71 hours or above. Tackling Hong Kong’s Brain Drain

The Youth I.D.E.A.S. announced its latest report on “Tackling Hong Kong’s Brain Drain”   The Youth I.D.E.A.S. (established by HKFYG Youth Research Centre) has released its study on “Tackling Hong Kong’s Brain Drain”.   Data gathered from 1,135 Hong Kong young talents aged below 35 showed that 24.2% of them were planning on leaving to work elsewhere.
