All-round Wellness Hong Kong has faced unprecedented challenges over the past two years. This has not been easy in the entire community, but particularly for the all-round wellbeing of young people. No one can predict when another pandemic, collective trauma or stressor would hit. One of the most effective ways to cope is to build strength, unity and resilience within the community to weather the current storm and prepare for the next. An HKFYG report was conducted to explore ways how young people might do this through understanding the concept of all-round wellness.

The Youth I.D.E.A.S. announced its latest report on “Preparing for the Changes in the Senior Secondary Curriculum” The Youth I.D.E.A.S. (established by HKFYG Youth Research Centre) has released its study on “Preparing for the Changes in the Senior Secondary Curriculum”. For the surveyed 395 Hong Kong secondary school teachers, they generally understand the curriculum changes, with an average rating above 6/10. However, when being asked on the progress of preparing teaching materials, Chinese and Liberal Studies teachers rated 4.8/10 and 2.49/10 on average respectively. Youth I.D.E.A.S. 63 Education Preparing for the Changes in the Senior Secondary Curriculum 29 August, 2021 In April 2021, the Education Bureau (EDB) officially announced changes in the senior secondary curriculum at Secondary 4 level from the beginning of the 2021/22 school year[1]. The Youth I.D.E.A.S. announced its latest report on “Navigating Career Opportunities for Young People” The Youth I.D.E.A.S. (established by HKFYG Youth Research Centre) has released its study on “Navigating Career Opportunities for Young People”. Data gathered from 520 Hong Kong young employees aged 18-34 showed that 72.5% of them mainly considered the factor of salary in job hunting. (established by HKFYG Youth Research Centre) has released its study on “The Challenges of Civil Servant Talent Development”. Ninety-two percent of the 527 Hong Kong youth aged 18-34 in an on-site survey said that talent nurturing of the civil servants was important to Hong Kong.
